Sublimania.com is a trading name of Muglamania Limited (“Muglamania”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By placing an order with Muglamania, the customer (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.


1. Application of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, sales, and supplies of goods made by Muglamania Limited and shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions unless expressly agreed in writing by Muglamania.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


2. Product Information

Muglamania supplies blank sublimation products, personalised goods, and related items.

Product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours, finishes, and specifications shown on the website, quotations, emails, catalogues, or other sales literature are intended as a general guide only. Minor variations in colour, finish, shade, grain, coating, dimensions, or appearance shall not constitute a defect.

Where products are supplied as blank sublimation items, the Customer is responsible for ensuring the suitability of the product for their intended printing, sublimation, decoration, engraving, finishing, or resale purpose.


3. Blank Products and Further Processing

Muglamania supplies certain goods, including MDF sublimation products, as blank products intended for further customisation.

Muglamania’s responsibility is limited to the goods as supplied in blank form.

Any printing, sublimation, decoration, engraving, branding, coating, finishing, packaging, repackaging, relabelling, marketing, resale, export, or placing of the finished goods on any market after supply is undertaken entirely at the Customer’s own responsibility.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any finished or customised goods comply with all applicable:

  • laws and regulations
  • product safety requirements
  • labelling requirements
  • packaging obligations
  • intellectual property requirements
  • import/export rules
  • destination market requirements

applicable in the country or market in which the finished goods are sold, supplied, exported, or distributed.

Muglamania shall not be liable for any claim, loss, liability, cost, expense, or damage arising from or relating to any customisation, branding, resale, export, relabelling, packaging, or further processing of the goods after supply.


4. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

A quotation is a separate offer and may not be used in conjunction with any website discount, promotion, or offer unless expressly stated.


5. Price

All prices displayed on the website are in Pounds Sterling (£).

Unless otherwise stated, website prices include standard postage within the British Isles. Quoted orders, trade orders, bulk orders, or export orders may be subject to separate delivery or courier charges, which will be advised before acceptance of the order.

Muglamania reserves the right to alter prices at any time before order acceptance or dispatch.


6. Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to production, supply, or dispatch unless a credit account or alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Where credit terms have been agreed, payment shall be due within 30 days of the invoice date.

All payments must be made without deduction, withholding, or set-off unless required by law.


7. Late Payment

If payment is not made when due, Muglamania reserves the right to:

  • suspend further orders or deliveries;
  • charge interest on overdue sums at 2% per month (or part thereof) from the due date until payment is made in full;
  • recover any reasonable debt recovery, legal, or collection costs incurred.

8. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Muglamania.

Muglamania reserves the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any order at any time, including where we reasonably believe that:

  • supplied artwork or content may infringe copyright or other rights;
  • the order may be unlawful, offensive, or damaging to our business or brand;
  • there is a pricing, stock, technical, or website error.

If an order is cancelled by Muglamania before dispatch, any payment received for that order will be refunded.


9. Customer Artwork, Designs and Content

Where the Customer supplies artwork, logos, images, wording, or other content for printing, sublimation, or customisation, the Customer warrants that they have the right to use such content.

The Customer agrees to indemnify Muglamania against any claims, losses, costs, damages, or liabilities arising from any alleged or actual infringement of copyright, trade mark, design right, or other intellectual property rights resulting from materials supplied by the Customer.

Muglamania reserves the right to refuse any artwork or design that it considers unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.


10. Cancellation and Returns

Personalised / Customised Goods

Personalised, printed, or custom-made goods are made to the Customer’s specification and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where faulty or not as described.

Blank / Non-Personalised Goods

Blank, stock, or non-personalised goods may only be returned with Muglamania’s prior written agreement and may be subject to a restocking or handling charge.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.


11. Alterations to Orders

Muglamania will use reasonable efforts to accommodate requested amendments to an order prior to production or dispatch.

Once goods have been printed, customised, manufactured, packed, or dispatched, Muglamania shall not be obliged to accept alterations, cancellations, or amendments and shall not be liable for any associated costs.


12. Delivery

Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided at the time of order.

Muglamania shall not be liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, weather, strikes, transport disruption, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, non-collection, refusal, or recipient unavailability, Muglamania reserves the right to charge additional redelivery or return costs.


13. Overseas Delivery and Export

Delivery outside the UK will be charged according to parcel size, weight, and destination unless otherwise agreed.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • all customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, and local handling charges;
  • ensuring that the goods are lawful to import into the destination country;
  • ensuring compliance of any finished/customised goods with all local laws and product requirements.

Where goods are delivered to a third-party freight forwarder, shipping agent, consolidation warehouse, or onward carrier nominated by the Customer, delivery shall be deemed complete when delivered to that third party and Muglamania shall not be liable for any loss, shortage, or damage occurring thereafter.


14. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Goods

The Customer must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any claim for:

  • damaged goods
  • missing items
  • shortages
  • incorrect goods

must be reported to Muglamania in writing within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for damage or shortages;
  • 7 working days of dispatch for non-delivery.

Failure to notify Muglamania within these periods may affect our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.

Where Muglamania agrees that goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, we may, at our option:

  • replace the goods;
  • repair the goods;
  • issue a refund or credit.

15. Product Use and Safety

Customers must use all goods safely, appropriately, and in accordance with any instructions, guidance, or safety information supplied.

Where goods are intended for sublimation, heat pressing, engraving, or further processing, the Customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • safe use of machinery and heat equipment;
  • appropriate ventilation and operator protection;
  • suitability of inks, coatings, transfer papers, adhesives, or other materials used;
  • suitability of the finished product for its intended use and end market.

Muglamania may provide technical, material, or safety information for guidance only. It remains the Customer’s responsibility to determine whether the goods are suitable for their intended process, purpose, or end use.


16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Muglamania’s liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • any matter which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the above, Muglamania’s total liability to the Customer in relation to any order or supply of goods shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in question.

Muglamania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including but not limited to:

  • loss of profit
  • loss of business
  • loss of contracts
  • loss of goodwill
  • loss of opportunity
  • wasted time or production costs

arising from or in connection with the supply, use, resale, export, or further processing of the goods.


17. Force Majeure

Muglamania shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, weather, strike, industrial dispute, transport interruption, supplier failure, shortage of materials, pandemic, government action, or technical failure.


18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.



RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Refunds

At Muglamania, we want to be fair and clear about returns, replacements, and refunds.


Personalised / Printed / Customised Products

Products that are personalised, printed, or custom-made to your specification are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are:

  • faulty;
  • damaged in transit;
  • incorrectly supplied; or
  • not as described.

Please check your artwork, spelling, sizing, colours, and order details carefully before placing your order.


Blank / Non-Personalised Products

Blank, stock, or non-personalised products may only be returned with our prior written agreement.

Where a return is authorised:

  • the goods must be unused and in resaleable condition;
  • the goods must be returned in suitable packaging;
  • return postage is the Customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise;
  • a restocking or handling charge may apply.

Damaged / Missing / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us by email as soon as possible.

Claims should be reported within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for damage or shortages;
  • 7 working days of dispatch for non-delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number;
  • photographs where relevant;
  • a clear description of the issue.

Where we agree there is a genuine fault, damage, or supply error, we may:

  • replace the goods;
  • issue a refund;
  • issue a credit note;
  • or agree another suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the Customer is responsible for the cost of returning authorised returns.

We recommend using a tracked and signed-for service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit back to us.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • decoration
  • engraving
  • branding
  • finishing
  • packaging
  • repackaging
  • relabelling
  • retail sale
  • export
  • market placement

of the finished goods is undertaken solely at the Customer’s own responsibility.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any finished customised goods comply with all applicable:

  • product safety laws
  • labelling requirements
  • packaging obligations
  • intellectual property laws
  • consumer laws
  • import/export requirements
  • destination market requirements

in the territory or market in which those goods are sold, supplied, or distributed.

Muglamania Limited accepts responsibility only for the goods as supplied in blank form and shall not be responsible for any liability arising from any further customisation, branding, processing, or export carried out after supply.
