Trade & Export Customer Responsibility

Muglamania Limited supplies blank sublimation products, including MDF sublimation giftware, for further customisation by trade customers, printers, resellers, and other commercial users.
The goods supplied by Muglamania Limited are supplied in blank form only, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Any subsequent:
- printing
- sublimation
- decoration
- engraving
- branding
- finishing
- packaging
- repackaging
- relabelling
- retail sale
- export
- market placement
of the finished goods is undertaken solely at the Customer's own responsibility.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that any finished customised goods comply with all applicable:
- product safety laws
- labelling requirements
- packaging obligations
- intellectual property laws
- consumer laws
- import/export requirements
- destination market requirements
in the territory or market in which those goods are sold, supplied, or distributed.
Muglamania Limited accepts responsibility only for the goods as supplied in blank form and shall not be responsible for any liability arising from any further customisation, branding, processing, or export carried out after supply.
