Shipping policy

UK Shipping

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for parcels up to 2kg. Orders over 2kg are shipped via courier (DPD or equivalent), with typical delivery in 48–72 hours.

Dispatch times may vary depending on stock levels. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays, peak periods, strike action, or other events outside our control.

Orders placed after midday are dispatched the following working day, as our couriers collect between 9:30am and 12:00pm.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link, as parcels may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Delivery occurs when the parcel is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you at that point.

Any damage or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot be held liable for failed delivery or loss.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery or non‑collection and you still require the goods, a redelivery charge (minimum £4.99) will apply.

If an order is delivered to a UK‑based forwarding agent for onward delivery outside the UK, we are not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel reaches the forwarding agent.

🇮🇪 Shipping to the Republic of Ireland (ROI)

We ship daily to Ireland using Royal Mail International Tracked and DPD.

Shipping rates are based on order value so you only pay for the service you need

No Customs Charges

All Irish orders include VAT at checkout through our EU IOSS system — there are no customs fees or import charges on delivery.

Delivery Times

• Royal Mail International Tracked (0–10kg): 2–5 working days

• DPD (20–30kg cartons): 2–3 working days

Shipping Rates

All ROI orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Delays & Peak Periods

During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended due to high courier volumes. We cannot guarantee next‑day delivery during peak times.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery was not completed or the parcel was not collected, a redelivery charge will apply.

Forwarding Agents

If you use a UK‑based forwarding service to send your order outside the UK, we are not responsible for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered to the forwarding agent.
