Standard Shipping to mainland UK

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked Service: For smaller orders, we use

Royal Mail 48hr tracked for reliable delivery within 48 hours.

Courier Service: For orders over 2kg, we use a courier service that typically delivers within 48-72 hours.

Express Shipping

Express Delivery Option: We offer an express shipping service for an additional charge of £3.99. This ensures faster processing and quicker delivery.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Postal Delays: 

While we strive to meet our delivery time estimates, please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services, including circumstances beyond our control (such as COVID-19, strike action, or weather-related delays).

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information. Your parcel may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour

Responsibility for Goods

Delivery will occur when the goods are handed over to the address you provide at checkout.

Post-Delivery Responsibility:

Once the goods are delivered, they become your responsibility. We are not liable for lost or damaged goods after delivery.If you have any issues with the order please notify us in writing within 48 hours

Third-Party Shipping

Shipping via Third-Party Agents:

If your order is delivered to a UK-based third-party shipping agent for forwarding to an address outside mainland UK, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during forwarding. The buyer accepts full responsibility in such cases.

Delays & Peak Periods

During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), delivery times may be extended due to high courier volumes. We cannot guarantee next‑day delivery during peak times.
