Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items are returned at buyers expense unless otherwise agreed
Please send all returns to us on a signed for service to confirm they have been received back at our warehouse
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We reserve the right to refund any item rather than to replace or exchange
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@muglamania.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
No printed goods can be refunded. Please inspect good before printing or using.
The maximum that we can refund is our invoice total.
Refunds will be made once the goods are accepted back into stock in a re- saleable condition
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@muglamania.com and send your item together with a copy of the original order form to:

Delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We use trusted logistics providers to deliver our goods. If you want to see your delivery options, please add the product to your basket before you place your order.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or other occurrences beyond our reasonable control for which we will not be responsible. For further information on delivery times, please add the products to your basket.
Delivery of the goods will occur when we deliver them to the address you provide us with when you make your order. You are responsible for the goods once delivery has taken place.
We may need to deliver your goods in separate shipments. If that is the case, you will receive an email when each shipment has been dispatched.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advise against deliveries to hotels or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at your own risk once delivery has been made by our logistics provider.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking your courier tracking, as your parcel may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If you are unable to locate your order, please contact our Customer Services Team via Chat or email so that we can help. If the parcel is considered lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
If the original order is later located, you will have the option to pay for and keep the items, or refuse delivery/return them. If you are unable to refuse delivery and you do not wish to keep the order, please notify our Customer Service team as soon as possible, so that we can arrange a free return. If you do not contact us, or return the duplicate orders, we reserve the right to recharge you for the items in question.
Product Availability
Muglamania Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock or unavailable or damaged at the time the order was placed.
We endeavour to ensure that our stock figures are regularly updated and are correct. However, as we sell our products on our own site, from our premises and via eBay/Amazon, the stock position may change quicker then we can update our database. If we are unable to supply an item as it is out of stock we will contact you to let you know and discuss options from there. There are three possible options in this situation: we can credit you in reward points or refund you for the out of stock item, we can send other products to the same value as the out of stock item or we can send the items on to you when we receive more stock. If we are unable to contact you we will automatically refund you for the item(s). We are not responsible for any difficulties you may have in fulfilling your orders as a consequence of our stock levels.
